AVI
AVI stands for Audio Video Interleave, and it seems to be no need for me to explain. DIVX

I think you should be able to do this with QuickTime Player Pro - at least with the AAC audio file. I don't think it reads WMA files, Quicktime Pro will do the job with "export".
